When a user shares a file with an email address which is not registered on Cloud, they are taken to the "invite page" https://apps.na.collabserv.com/manage/subscribers/inviteGuests/input , and asked to fill in the first name and surname. Once this form is submitted and processed, 2 emails are sent to the address. 1 to register the account (accept ToU, set password, & lang preference) and 1 to notify of the shared file. This second email allows the receiver to download the file once (& only once)
This is an enhancement request for:
- Proper documentation on this process
- Allow the user to share with out sending any registration email (do not provision the account and place in pending)
- Improve the UI "error" message where the user tries to download the shared file a second time. Currently it does not state anything about a pending account or registration, only that "access is denied"
