Support SAP Solution Manager 7.2 on a single VM in C4SAP in IBM Cloud

On December 31, 2017, the mainstream maintenance for SAP Solution Manager 7.1 has ended, since then, all new IBM Cloud for SAP Applications solutions must have the SAP Solution Manager 7.2 instead.

One of the characteristics of this new release is that it requires two distinct instances: one ABAP based and one JAVA based (the previous one was a double stack instead), so the regular deployment model will require two VMs, one for each instance. As per attached SAP Best Practices guide, this is the STANDARD implementation.

We need that our tools (COOL) properly supports these two instance to be solutioned on the same VM.
