Restrict to upload Files to Community applications (Wiki, Forum, Blog, Ideation Blog, Activities)

We can restrict to upload Community Files with the following setting.
[Community Actions] - [Edit Community] - [Files] tab
Members have the role of: [Check] Reader: (Share, view files and folders in this community)

However we can not restrict to upload Files to each community applications such as Wiki, Forum, Blog, Ideation Blog and Activities.
This is the function request to restrict uploading Files in each community applications such as Wiki, Forum, Blog, Ideation Blog and Activities.

For example in Wiki:
The member can upload image files to wiki pages.
With the Reader access, the member can not create/edit wiki page.  We would like only to restrict uploading Files.
[Community Actions] - [Edit Community] - [Wiki] tab
Members have the role of: [Check] Reader:

  • Attach files
