Make IBM Connections Touchpoint Open Source for further development

In 2017, IBM released Touchpoint for free in their own download catalogue. Accordig to the version.txt, the last Release 1.1.0 is from 2014. So no further development takes place. That's pity since Touchpoint is a good software that we use in our company. And we already working on some ReFactoring, which make customizations more easily with as least core modifiations as possible.

So if you don't maintenance those project any more, please give Touchpoint to the open source community on github. This opens the possibility to share improvovements with others. It's already free to download with an IBM Id, but not open source on an appropriate platform.
