HCL Connections Ideas Portal

Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

For more information and upcoming events, please visit our HCL Connections page.

Improve how 'href' attribute works for Wikipages

If a link in the main Wiki redirecting to a second Wiki is at the bottom of the page, user will be redirected to the bottom of the second Wiki too, not the top.

This is very confusing, since other hyperlinks do not work like that, and there's no useful reason to redirect to the bottom of a Wiki, specially if you're reading texts, for example. It'd be great to have a pattern of all href attributes redirecting to the WIki's top pages.

To whom it may belong, please do take care of enhancing this feature, it's pretty bad user experience for end users to retain an original position when trying to render the content of a whole different Wiki page.

This is a Design Flaw that was reported several years ago.  It would be nice if the flaw was finally addressed as a flaw rather than treating it as an Enhancement request or new idea and counting on enough votes being received to get it addressed.  Please resolve to improve the user experience.
