Usually the design of wiki can be very difficult. One might have creative ideas, but it can be very difficult to implement them. Could the HTML be used in parallel? Maybe some quick e-learning for HTML code could help, but I am not sure if they fit together. Also, I find very difficult to handle the insertion of pictures. It is not standardized in all areas. You do it in one way on an overview page, one way on wikis, one way when you e-mail communities. Most of the cases, you have to add it first as a file - then pay attention if you have added public of not, then go to about --> get links --> 3 options of links --> and only after that you go to insert picture which actually requires link. All these steps can cause a lot of stress and if we think of how many they are, a lot of time loss. Insert picture function should always function as insert picture - not links. The way it works for wiki, is more user friendly. Thank you.
