Rectangular profile picture

Since some update the profile pictures appear to be cropped in a circular fashion. This has a high number of drawbacks, e.g. :

- the Connections Guide symbol is cropped out (this is an internal role)

- the "e" for Expert visibiity is cropped out (again an internal role)

- in some cases the faces are only partially visible

- non-square pictures have funny white segments on top/bottom or left /right

To be honest, the additional circular cropping is a nuisance to all the colleagues who have been providing a proper rectangular picture so far, and the sooner this circular cropping is removed again the less issues of acceptance can be expected.
