Windows desktop plugin annoys with popup for login on start although nothing to do for the user

The windows desktop plugin login process for web authentication needs absolutely NO popup once the user has made use of his federated SAML login via ADFS. The popup annoys every time you start the service, saying you are being logged on, nothing to do, it just waists screen estate and annoys. Until a user interaction is necessary, please hide what you do in the background.

    With the 22.11 (Nov, 2022) release, you will be able to configure a delay on startup and on wake so that the plugin will wait x number of seconds to allow for the VPN to startup and connect.

    We are using SAML for on onprem 6.5 version. Windows plugin authentication only working with Web form and pop up is really annoying in the case we are working remotely with VPN. After booting Windows the form is popping up in the browser because VPN is not connected yet. Please fix this !
