Welcome to the IBM Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the IBM Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

For more information and upcoming events, please visit our IBM Connections page.

Wiki Macro - Dynamic Table of Contents for SubPages

I know the macro for a page to generate the TOC based on the headings. I would like the same for a parent page based on its child pages.

It is a best practice to structure a Wiki by creating subpages. Unfortunately some root pages looks quite empty if used only for this and there is no macro like requested.

To maintain a child list manually and with the page name in the url not only creates tremendous additional efforts but when renaming a page also the need to reedit the list every time you do that. I maintain several wiki pages where this now missing functionality in W3 connections imposes a huge additional effort.
