Welcome to the IBM Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the IBM Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Extra field in the "All Community Files" list

We like to have an extra column in the "All Community Files" list so that we can see which of these files is shared in one or more folders (just the way we can see the # of views)

We need this option to easily check:

a) if all files are put in a folder; which is most times necessary for our communities where users are folder-orientated

b) check if a user didn't choose to "remove from folder" instead of "move to trash". This issues caused us real trouble while files that should have been deleted appeared in the files-list.....

 

A nice to have function would be a filter to show all files not assigned to a folder and all files assigned to more then one folder
