Tracking mechanism for Rich Content Apps in IBM Connections Cloud Communities

The w3 team has two Communities using Rich Content Apps.  They report the text is getting intermittently removed from their Rich Content Apps, when this happens the Community Owner has to re-populate each Rich Text App.  A related issue occurred with the same Rich Content Apps where multiple added blank lines were added to each Rich Content App. 

These issues are reported by the IBM w3 team.  It would be beneficial for us to have a way to track Rich Content Apps activity to determine the user/entity who made last changes. The new functionality should allow for Owners to enabled the tracking by Community, not on/off by entire Organization.  Seeking Rich Content App tracking at the Community level.
