Create community repeat event for every 3rd day

Create a repeat all day event for every 3rd day. (Use case: Firefighters that work one day and then have two days off. Customer wants to put their work schedules on the events calendar. So Shift A will work one day and then have two days off, Shift B will work one day and then have two days off, and finally Shift C will work one day and then have two days off.)
