Users face challenges with fixed image quality settings leading to storage issues, necessitating the time-consuming task of managing storage by deleting or replacing images, disrupting workflow. Implementing an adjustable image quality feature, allowing users to choose between low, medium, and high quality during image uploads would provide flexibility in managing storage and prevents reaching the 250 MB limit as quickly.
