Blogs, Wikis and Files view counter increase on page reload

The view counters in blogs, wikis, and files can be increased by any user by just reloading the page/entry/file multiple times. There is no check on cookie or session ID.

In blogs there is a config option that the original author is not counted in the views, but still the relevance of the counter is useless, as long as any user can increase the count by just reload.

Please consider using a similar approach as in Metrics, and count a view only once for a session.
