How to control the file sharing by Administrator

We want to control the file sharing. Is there such a feature? Currently, each user needs to confirm "Allow others to share these files" every files. (Default: Not check the box) Also, each user needs to confirm "Sharing Options-Allow others to share this file". (Default: Not check the box) Once the user checked the box of them by mistake, it is possibility to be shared internal and material information to out of organization. The customer complains that there is a high risk of information leakage if there is no way to be controlled the file sharing by administrator. Question

• Is there the feature that administrator can control the file sharing?
• If not, please let me know whether there is a plan to add these features, or not.
