HCL Connections Ideas Portal

Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

For more information and upcoming events, please visit our HCL Connections page.

In a community, the horizontal menu will disappear when creating a new Wiki or Blog, if you have enough text that requires to scroll down the page.

In a community, the horizontal menu will disappear when creating a new Wiki or Blog, if you have enough text that requires to scroll down the page.

NOTE: Once the Wiki or Blog page is saved, the horizontal menu is visible- working as designed

Reproducible Steps:

1. In a community change Layout to 3 Columns with top menu or 3 Columns with top menu and banner
2. Create a new wiki page, add enough text that requires you to scroll down the page. (Do not save) and you will notice the horizontal menu will disappear
3. However, after you save and close the wiki or blog, then scroll to bottom of page, the menu is visible

HCL Development deemed this as working as design

when creating a long wiki page and scrolling down, yes, the menu dissappears. But when scrolling up again the navbar reappears, so this should be good.
