HCL Connections Ideas Portal

Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by the HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

For more information and upcoming events, please visit our HCL Connections page.

Create a view to see all content a users follows directly (user self service not admin or other people / content roles)

Each user needs a single place to identify all the content/items which the user follows.

The concept of following is an obstacle to my users and me. If somebody has an easy description, you are welcome to provide this ;-) - post a link into the response. The only way for me (as a user)  to determine which content I follow is first of all to go into different areas mostly item by item. Additionally there is the option to check why I follow actual updates in my stream by using the "stop following" option as soon as an event is shown in there. This is either very cluttered or does not really explain why and when I did set the following option.

What each user needs is a place to identify all of the followed items (people, tags, community, apps, files, ...) . This should include which property I follow (e.g. tag or person), since when (if possible) and have a way to cancel one or several items at once.
