IBM Connections Plug-in for Office - under certain scenario ribbon quick access buttons gets greyed out

Please change how the initialization calls made by connections office plug-in so that ribbon actions won't depends if the ribbon is being visited first.

    To expand on the idea, it is possible to pin buttons from the Connections Office ribbon to the Quick Access ribbon in Office.  Some Connections ribbon buttons require that the Connections ribbon be fully initialized before they will work.  This means a user must visit the Connections ribbon before using those buttons in the Quick Access.  The suggestion is to re-work the plugin initialization so that the buttons could be used without visiting the Connections ribbon
