Increase the Who Connects Us widget SaND graph Limit

A very old PMR which related to a user not knowing why certain people would not ever show in the "Who Connects Us" widget.

The widget works off a Graph which is limited to 400 values. These values are built from the list of Connections Profile Contacts a user has, but some users will have more than 400 Contacts

So the scenario has arose in the PMR where user A views User C profile, knowing that User B is a direct Profile contact of both User A & User C.

Where User C has > 400 Profile Contacts the graph may never show User B as the intermediary contact between A & C.

This parameter should be documented and be configurable as companies can have 100,000 + users on their Connections env and there for likely to have greater than 400 contacts, particularly after extended use of Connections.
