The ability to move the Edit; Delete; Notify other people actions from the bottom to the top of the page or to the right

When you click on a blog entry to view it in its entirety, the Edit, Delete, Notify other people actions are all the way on the bottom - Not intuitive, UX discrepancy compared to the content types where edit is on the top or to the right, as in other widgets.
