Welcome to the HCL Connections Product Ideas Lab! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. Members with Reader access in communities should not be able to share files from personal files or from other users into the community,

When a user is defined as a Member, with reader access for the Files App, he is not allowed to upload files. So far, so good...but if this user upload the file into his personal Files, then he is able to share with the community. Beyond that, this user can also include files (using the share button) from other people.

Considering that we're setting READER access to this users...they would be able only to READ files..no to include it.
