Support to save files into IBM Connections Desktop Plug-ins for Microsoft Windows from Windows common file save dialog

IBM Connections Desktop Plug-ins for Microsoft Windows do not support saving files into connections from Windows common file save dialog.  
For example, Files and attachment in SmartCloud Notes/Verse or Box can not save directly to My Files in IBM Connections Desktop Plug-ins for Microsoft Windows with the message "Not implemented".


Users can save the file to the local sync folder "My Drive".
C:\Users\Username\IBM Connections sync\My Drive (Connections Cloud)
